Some reasons we believe AIA is your best choice for training:
Our Instructors –Along with over 40+ years of adjusting experience – both of AIA’s lead instructors, Glenn Smith and Jonathan Rice have a background in education which shows in the development of AIA’s courses. Glenn was Director of Training for a major vendor for 20 years before accepting the post as Executive Vice President of the leading CAT vendor in Canada. Jonathan, in addition to acting as Director of Training for the largest CAT vendor in Canada, was a school teacher and coach for 11 years before entering the adjusting business in 2005. Both Glenn and Jonathan not only know what to teach, but more importantly know how to teach and design the flow of instruction for maximum learning from the student. The best testament to both Glenn’s and Jonathan’s training is the number of successful adjusters currently working in the business today. Click here to meet our Instructors
