QBE Property Adjuster Certification Course – 1 Day –  Webinar – $96.75

AIA’s “QBE Property Adjuster Certification Course” will cover all aspects of QBE property claims handling from beginning to end utilizing Symbility. QBE is a large global insurer of personal and commercial lines. CRU has a national account with QBE to provide a roster of adjusters throughout our nation.  In this course, you will learn and understand QBE ethics and claims handling expectations. We will also be providing you the training you need in material/damage recognition and estimate writing expectations to prepare you to pass your certification exam.  The course must be completed with a passing exam grade to receive this certification. Certified individuals will be the first to be considered for any QBE deployment.

Basics of Property Claim Investigation (Scoping a Loss) – 1 Day – $169.00

This course begins with the assignment preparation and understanding the FNOL (First Notice of Loss).  We then discuss organizing your assignments, first contact, and scheduling your appointments effectively and efficiently.  Next, we provide detailed training on material recognition, damage recognition, roof and exterior diagramming, and securing efficient/effective measurements.  We will also discuss the proper and “Cutting Edge” equipment needed to perform a claim investigation. This course is essential for any entry level claims professional or experienced claims professional wanting a refresher on property claim investigation procedures.

AIA’s 1 Day “CRU Team Lead Expectations” course covers the expectations and responsibilities of all the CRU management positions and focus on the importance and need of our front line leader “The Team Lead”.  This course is required for all our Team Lead positions for all our independent contract positions.

PREREQUISITES:  Applicants for this course must have completed at least two previous CRU deployments with positive performance scores and/or submit a resume for management review and consideration. Note: Completion of this course does not guarantee a deployment position as a Team Lead with CRU but is highly recommended for this position consideration.

CRU/ONSITE Certification Course – 1 Day – $Free

Are you an Adjuster/Property Inspector looking for daily assignments when not deployed on CAT assignments?

CRU GROUP is currently seeking property inspectors/adjusters who choose to work in their home markets when not deployed that have the ability and proper equipment to access up to two-story and 12/12 pitch roofs in most major metropolitan areas throughout the US. The inspector role is the “boots on the ground” part of the team that handles the claim. As an inspector, you will use your smartphone and proprietary apps to capture pictures and metadata of the home exterior and roof. You will also have a virtual consult with a licensed insurance adjuster. We have prepared a certification course for our inspectors to be involved in this program.  The course will equip you to scope and identify exterior property damage, secure needed photos and digital information needed to complete your inspection and upload this information onsite. There is no cost involved, but you must attend the training and take a test to determine your knowledge and skills.

The course not only teaches the student to master the Symbility program but also how to correctly incorporate photos and tablet/phone capabilities. The course begins with the FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and takes the student through the scoping the damages and then writing a complete file, including correctly ordered photos and properly documented reports. Students in this course will acquire the knowledge and skills to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Symbility tools and technology. We will also show you how to utilize and import Eagleview and Hover measurement reports to make your estimate more efficient and effective. This course provides an in depth picture of what it is to be a file reviewer. AIA’s “Citizens CAT Property Adjuster Certification Course” will cover all aspects of Citizens (Field Task and Inside Examiner) CAT claims from beginning to end utilizing Guidewire Claim Center and Xactimate. You will learn and understand Citizens Ethics and BCPs (Best Business Practices), Policy and how to find the answers you need in Citizens Portal. This course will also cover the proper way to scope a Citizens CAT claim, and discuss how to work with AOB’s, Attorney Represented Files, and Public Adjusters. Sessions on Fast Trac, Desk Adjusting and Task Field Adjusting will be included.
