AIA provides knowledge enhancement through continuing education classes on many topics. Our continuing education classes are designed for beginners just starting out in the insurance claims industry as well as veterans looking to sharpen their skills and increase their knowledge. AIA also provides client specific classes using custom-tailored curriculum.
We have assembled a faculty of highly experienced, skilled and reputable educators to meet the demands of delivering a curriculum that is current and relevant to the ever changing needs of today’s insurance industry.

These continuing education classes provide the knowledge and skills required as insurance adjusters, insurance appraisers, insurance estimators, insurance examiners, and other insurance company claims personnel.
In order to minimize the cost to our clients, our tuition isn’t a fixed fee per class. The tuition for our classes is based on the location, type of class and enrollment. The tuition for each class is posted when the class is scheduled.
Also, because we don’t operate out of a limited number of fixed locations requiring expensive travel, we greatly minimize travel costs to our clients. Our instructors travel throughout the U.S. and Canada providing continuing education at a multitude of locations.

Marc started in the insurance industry over 20 years ago after leaving a career in home building. He started as a Staff Adjuster working foundation and environmental claims and in 2006 he moved to the independent side of the adjusting industry handling catastrophe claims.
Marc has experience as a Manager, Team Lead and Supervisor with two of the largest global adjusting firms. With his experience in natural and manmade catastrophe, homeowners, commercial, environmental, attorney and public adjuster represented and litigated claims, Marc has the knowledge and passion to mentor and train adjusters to make the next step in their careers.
