Brandi attended Tarrant County College, majoring in Business Management. Prior to entering the insurance industry, she had extensive call center and training experience. She served as a Team Trainer for Bank of America Mortgage department focusing on collection agent’s performance and training.
Brandi began her career in insurance in April 2014 as an Auto Total Loss Adjuster. As an Auto Adjuster, she quickly realized the insurance claims management and training was an ideal career transition for her task and detail-oriented skillset and people focused learning experience.
