This course is designed for the student with no previous property insurance claims handling experience in mind. This seven day “Property Adjuster Boot Camp” is designed to teach the new adjuster all the necessary skills to proficiently handle their first property assignment. Knowing how to properly handle these property assignments efficiently and effectively prior to your first deployment can often make the difference between success and failure for those starting out in the property claims handling industry. This course will include policy interpretation, how to use Xactimate, how to use Symbility, construction techniques, various roofing material recognition, damage recognition, roof/ladder safety, and scoping for damage repair documentation.
