AIA’s “QBE Property Adjuster Certification Course” will cover all aspects of QBE property claims handling from beginning to end utilizing Symbility. QBE is a large global insurer of personal and commercial lines. CRU has a national account with QBE to provide a roster of adjusters throughout our nation. In this course, you will learn and understand QBE ethics and claims handling expectations. This certification course is divided into 2 modules. The first module will introduce you CRU and QBE, Requirements, Expectations, Ethics and the required equipment needed to be able to work claims from QBE. The 2^nd module (Module 2) will go over QBE- CRU/Vendor Claims Handling Expectations and Property Guidelines and the use of Itel Now APP. The course must be completed with a passing exam grade to receive this certification. Certified individuals will be the first to be considered for any QBE deployment.
