Description
AIA’s 1 Day “Claims Handling Procedures for the Inside Auto Adjuster” course provides training on the complete claims handing process for both auto claims handling. In this course we will train you in the review of the FNOL, policy and coverage review, claims handling alerts, estimate review, temporary rental process, settlement recommendation process and much more. Upon completion of this course, the participant should be equipped to handle a claim assignment “from cradle to grave” in the inside claims handling environment.
Upon completion of this course, participants will receive 5.5 CE hours applied to the States of TX & FL. A certificate will be provided for the participant to pursue other States CE credentialing.
